K Lips AG was founded in Switzerland in 01.06.1934, selling painting and compressed air equipment

The company has over 3000 active customers in Switzerland.

Nimrod Malinas takes over the company with a vision to expand its presence globally.

We identified the market demand for robots and subsequently imported and sold our first two units: one in Switzerland and the other in Germany.

We initiated robot sales in Germany and pioneered the subscription model, giving rise to Robonnement.

Gradually increasing robot subscriptions for SMEs and large corporations.
We became the market leader in painting robots for the general industry in Germany and Switzerland.
We implemented an efficient refinancing system in partnership with reputable financial partners and banks.

Moreover, the platform aims to democratize robot usage, making both industrial and home-used robots as accessible as using a bike. Ultimately, this initiative seeks to establish the world's inaugural robot social network.
